Email support@dunkapi.com. A person reads every message, usually within a day. Include your account email and, for a failed call, the tool name, the arguments and the time.

• How a tool works: every tool has a page with its arguments, fields and a live example in the docs.
• Connecting Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor: see the MCP setup. Claude and ChatGPT sign in to your account; other clients use an API key.
• Keys and connected apps: create or revoke keys, and disconnect apps, on your keys page.
• Credits and billing: your balance, plans and receipts are on the billing page.
• Data coverage: what each dataset covers and from when is on the data page.
• Deleting your account: email us from the account's address and we delete it and its data.
