Team ids, abbreviations and colours for a season

Use it when you need team ids and abbreviations for a season. Every other endpoint takes a team as either.

Parameters

seasonnumber | stringoptional: Season by the year it ends: 2025 = 2024-25. WNBA: the calendar year.

Notes

Over MCP, ask for it in plain English and the client calls list_teams itself. Point any MCP client at https://mcp.dunkapi.com/mcp?key=YOUR_API_KEY.
